We built a greenfield AWS platform that extracted data via headless browser automation, reconciled charges across shared medallions, and delivered clean PDF payslips every week — eliminating 12–16 hours of manual work.

New Zealand DTC brand running two separate Shopify Plus stores for their key markets. Shopify's built-in storefront couldn't keep up with their performance and customization requirements. We replaced both storefronts with a single headless architecture — first on GatsbyJS with Strapi and Gatsby Cloud, then fully rebuilt on Hugo with B2storefront Connector and migrated to Netlify for faster deploys and lower operational overhead.

We migrated the entire catalog to BigCommerce with a headless GatsbyJS storefront, added Algolia-powered search with faceted filtering across thousands of SKUs, and set up Storyblok for content management. Everything deployed on Netlify — the store went from slow Magento renders to sub-second page loads.

A major US legal news portal with over one million articles was buckling under traffic spikes from Google News and aggressive AI-era bot crawling — TTFB at 3–4 seconds, frequent crashes, and mobile apps sharing the same overloaded backend. We migrated the entire public layer to a headless architecture using Hugo and B2Storefront Connector, delivering sub-100ms page loads, 100% uptime since launch, and a 64% drop in WordPress backend load. The CMS is now fully isolated behind Cloudflare Zero Trust.

We built a custom ERP system to manage their end-to-end build and assembly process — tracking component inventory, production stages, and finished goods across multiple bat models and configurations. The system ties into their Shopify storefront so orders flow directly into the manufacturing pipeline.

Engaged by Giant Propeller agency to handle the technical migration of a well-established Magento store to Shopify — with the hard constraint that not a single URL could change. The existing SEO footprint was too valuable to risk. We went headless to maintain exact URL parity, built the front-end on GatsbyJS with Contentful managing the rich editorial content, and deployed to AWS Amplify.
